These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jeedway, Bangladesh's English-language online casino and sports betting platform. By accessing or using any part of jeedway, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered by jeedway (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on jeedway from time to time.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jeedway. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account if one has already been created.
jeedway reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated summary or version, the English text shall prevail in all cases.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of jeedway is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. jeedway operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. We do not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of jeedway, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously had a jeedway account closed, suspended, or restricted for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming platforms.
In the event that jeedway determines, at any time, that a player is under the age of 18 or has provided false age information during registration, jeedway will immediately suspend and permanently close the account, void all bets and gameplay activity conducted on the account, and retain all deposits and winnings associated with the account in accordance with applicable responsible gaming regulations.
Parents and guardians are strongly advised to use appropriate internet filtering and parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. If you believe a minor may have accessed jeedway using your credentials, contact our support team at support@jeedway immediately.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services on jeedway — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and BDT wallet functionality — you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account.
By submitting the registration form, you warrant and represent that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you. jeedway is not liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or thereafter.
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jeedway account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jeedway will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify jeedway support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Account Information Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change, particularly your mobile wallet number, email address, or residential address. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to payment processing or temporary account restrictions.
- Non-Transferability: Your jeedway account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise assign your account or any account balance to any third party.
jeedway reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time, including requesting additional documentation to verify identity, source of funds, or residential address. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued account access.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
jeedway operates an exclusively BDT-denominated wallet system. All deposits, gameplay stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted on jeedway:
- Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)
Deposits: The minimum deposit on jeedway is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jeedway wallet instantly or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the mobile money provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect. jeedway does not charge any deposit processing fee, however your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges which are your responsibility.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: typically within 1–4 hours of approval
- Bank transfer: 1–3 business days
- Card withdrawals: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank
Failed or Declined Transactions: jeedway is not responsible for deposits or withdrawals that fail due to errors originating with your mobile money provider or bank, including incorrect wallet numbers, account limits, network outages, or account restrictions imposed by your financial institution. In such cases, contact your mobile money provider or bank directly.
Chargebacks: Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit made to jeedway via your bank or card issuer constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. jeedway reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where a chargeback is initiated and to pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
jeedway offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are denominated in BDT.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by jeedway unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page at the time the offer is presented.
- Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry if requirements have not been met.
- Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets contribute 100% subject to minimum odds. The exact contribution schedule is published on the bonus terms page for each promotion.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion before the current bonus has been completed or forfeited is not permitted.
- Abuse and Fraud: jeedway actively monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where abuse is detected, jeedway reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive certain promotional offers.
6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using jeedway, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent stage, including identity verification.
- Opening or operating more than one jeedway account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players in any live casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts, jeedway's backend systems, or any associated database or network.
- Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour towards jeedway staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to disguise your true location.
Where jeedway determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets, gameplay, and bonuses associated with the account; retain any funds in the account pending investigation; and pursue legal action where warranted by the nature and extent of the conduct.
7 Game Rules & Fair Play
jeedway offers a comprehensive library of online casino games and sports betting markets supplied by leading international game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by its own rules as published by the respective game provider and displayed within the game interface.
All casino games available on jeedway use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by jeedway or by any player. RNG systems used by our game providers are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games on jeedway are accurate as provided by the game supplier. RTP is a theoretical long-run statistical figure and does not guarantee any individual player's outcome over any given playing session.
Disconnections: In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game or sports bet, jeedway's servers record all game states and bet placements at the server level. Where a game round was in progress at the point of disconnection, the round will be completed by the game server and the result will be applied to your account accordingly. jeedway accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.
Malfunctions: In the event of a documented malfunction, technical error, or system failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or bet settlement, jeedway reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays relating to the affected game round.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
You may request the closure of your jeedway account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@jeedway. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining verified balance in your BDT wallet at the time of closure request will be returned to your registered mobile money wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied.
jeedway reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within a stipulated timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the account.
- Chargeback initiated by the player or their payment provider.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy).
- Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account closure or asset freezing.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal activity has occurred for 12 or more consecutive months. jeedway will notify you by the contact details on file before applying any dormant account administration fee. Where a dormant account balance falls to zero due to the application of such fees, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from jeedway for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days, up to 6 months) or a permanent exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is a serious and binding request. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. For permanent exclusion, jeedway will close your account and ensure you do not receive any further marketing communications.
